Hard anodized aluminum bodies offer extraordinary strength and scratch resistance. Each pan is treated twice, making them stronger than steel. Optimally shaped, these pans offer 25% more cooking space. GreenPan’s signature ceramic non-stick coating is free of PFAS so you can make any meal healthier and easier. The cast handles are extra tough thanks to a matte black PVD coating that’s scratch- and wear-resistant. They are reverse riveted, creating a seamless interior that’s easier to clean. Our unique Magneto induction base offers maximum efficiency on induction surfaces and high performance on all cookware surfaces for superb results. The Craft collection is wipes clean easily, but you can toss it in the dishwasher for big messes.
